2. The maintenance charges are too high in many of the apartments in Bangalore. The primary reason for this is the maintenance of lifts, security or the common amenities.
3. The price of apartments are very high these days so if someone want to buy an apartment for the sole purpose of investment then he may need to think twice or thrice before buying it.
