The park is located in the neighborhood of HAL and DRDO and is located near the HAL airport. The park is constructed as well as maintained by Bagmane Group. It is equipped with contemporary amenities adjacent to a lake in its entrance. ITPL (International Tech Park)
International Tech Park (commonly called ITPL and ITPB) is located in Whitefield, Bangalore. The management here is superb and is handled by Ascendas. It is approximately 18 Kms from the city centre. Besides some of the most spectacular companies it houses a Park Square Mall,Vivanta by Taj hotel and several sporting arenas. India and Singapore jointly came up with this tech park in Jan 1994. It comprises of 9 big buildings inside it namely Discoverer, Innovator, Creator, Explorer, Inventor, Navigator, Voyager and Aviator and a building solely dedicated to TCS which is called Pioneer. One more building is under construction and is named as Victor. Ecospace Business Park
The DP architects came up with their first largest project in India and named it as RMZ Ecospace Business Park. It is one of the largest project on outer ring road in Sarjapur. Totally there are 9 blocks in this grand tech park and an area of over 4 million sq ft constructed on 24 acres of land. The project got completed in 2006 and offers a perfect destination for working professionals. Manyata Tech Park
Manyata Tech Park is one of the biggest tech parks not just in India but in Asia. It is located on outer ring road in Hebbal. The park is spread over an area 424 acres housing many giant IT companies. Approximately 80000 people daily come to work at this biggest tech park. Mall's, Food court and everything else, this is rather a complete city than just a mere techpark. Some of the great companies located here includes IBM, Larsen & Toubro, Cognizant, Atlas Copco (India) Ltd., Nokia Siemens, Philips, Alcatel-Lucent, Target Corporation, Northern Trust, Nvidia, indegene and Cerner etc. There are apartments for sale in Bangalore located in or near to this giant tech park.
